After kissing Rekha Thpa (and, making huge news coverage) the world’s shortest person till June 2011 (replaced by Junrey Balawing in June) has kissed another top Nepali actress, Karishma Manandhar in Malaysia. Khagendra Thapa Magar went to Malaysia with Karishma to participate in a festival after his name ‘Khagendra Utsav’.
It is however not known if Khagendra proposed Karishma or not as he did proposed Rekha Thapa. Khagendra proposed Rekha for fun although he knew she was already married.
